The world of investing and pensions can be somewhat of a minefield. Understanding, managing and monitoring risk is essential for any investment decision. Maximising returns whilst managing risk is fundamental to what we do.
We believe everyone should have a retirement plan and cashflow model in place. Cashflow modelling enables us to forecast when you are able to retire and on what level of income by analysing your current assets and liabilities, income and expenditure.
Tax efficiency is an important factor when planning for the future, especially if you are a high earner. Whether it be for the purposes of investing, retirement or estate planning, we ensure you are not unnecessarily paying tax by utilising allowances and other tools we have at our disposal.
Be prepared for the unexpected. Insurance can help provide piece of mind. Safeguarding your family or business is imperative when planning for the future. Life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection are just a few of the policies we are able to advise on.
At Fornells Wealth Management, financial education is a topic we are extremely passionate about.
We offer financial education in the workplace to help your employees develop their knowledge, skill and understanding of personal finance.
Whether it be an in person presentation on a particular topic such as financial wellbeing, having a trusted advisor placed within your office for the day or a general Q&A session, we have you covered. Our service provides your employees with an opportunity to engage with a qualified professional.
Financial stress can significantly impact an employee's well-being and overall job performance. By providing financial education, businesses can help employees better manage their finances, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being.
Financial stress can be a major distraction for employees, leading to decreased productivity and lower engagement. When employees are worried about their finances, they may be less focused on their work. By providing financial education, businesses can help employees feel more in control of their finances, leading to increased productivity and higher levels of engagement.
Offering financial education can be a valuable tool for attracting and retaining top talent. Employees are likely to appreciate employers who invest in their financial well-being, and may be more likely to stay with a company that offers such benefits. Additionally, offering financial education can help businesses stand out as employers of choice in a competitive job market.
Many employees may not fully understand their retirement options or how to effectively plan for their future. By providing financial education, businesses can help employees make more informed decisions about retirement planning, investments, and other long-term financial goals.
Financial stress can contribute to health issues such as anxiety, depression, and other stress-related conditions. By helping employees better manage their finances, businesses can potentially reduce healthcare costs associated with these conditions.
Financial education can empower employees to make better financial decisions, such as budgeting, saving, and investing. In turn, this can lead to employees with stronger financial stability and resilience, which can positively impact their personal lives and their work performance.
It is never too early to get started. Tell us more about your goals.
